Richie Briggs
General Manager & Trainer
Hailing from Norfolk, Richie began working with Todd in 2008. He has been involved in the sport of powerlifting, and he continues to hold the Nebraska bench press record of 865 lb. He loves showing people techniques from advanced members to beginners. His goal is to help his clients improve themselves beyond what they think is possible. Married and father of two girls, in his free time, Richie enjoys reading new information on exercise and nutrition.
Johnson Lawson IV
Master Trainer
In 2005, Johnson received his bachelor’s degree in Sports Fitness from Midland University. Johnson has a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also certified by the National Posture Institute. In 2014 he achieved his ultimate goal and became Mr. Natural Nebraska. Johnson currently resides in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska with wife Jessica and their four children.
Elicia Briggs
Nutritionist
As a wife, a mother, a former Natural Pro Bodybuilder, and former athlete, Elicia Briggs understands the complexity of life and how to correctly apply nutrition methods to achieve your goals. She obtained a BS in Sports Medicine from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and has her Masters of Education from Iowa State University. Bodybuilding quickly became a passion for eight years following graduate school. Elicia has a strong desire to help people and believes that fixing the foundation of our health lies solely in the foods we eat, and that food should work for us not against us.
Alex Benson
Trainer
Alex has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is currently working toward becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Alex's beliefs are rooted in caring for the body through balanced nutrition, effective strength training, and caring for oneself mentally and emotionally. Her main focus is providing people with an open, fun, and safe environment in which they're able to become their best self.
Will Reyes
Trainer
Will, born and raised in Omaha, has played every sport under the sun growing up. He has graduated from Millard North high school, and University of Nebraska of Omaha with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Will is easy going and passionate about weightlifting, and helping people.
David Jorgensen
Trainer
Growing up in Omaha, David always had a love for helping others physically and connecting with them. He received his personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. When he is not helping others, David enjoys working out, playing basketball, and spending time with his dogs.
Craig Lewandowski
Trainer
Born and raised in Grand Island, Craig went on to earning a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While he was there he was a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and weight room supervisor. When not helping people achieve their fitness goals, he competes in powerlifting.
Katie Weeter
Trainer
Katie loves the art of building muscle and has a passion for the world of fitness. She obtained her personal trainer certificate through National Academy of Sports Medicine and graduated top of her class as a culinarian from the Institute of the Culinary Arts. She strives to combine her joy of food with her love of health and fitness. Katie’s favorite skill is being able to help people treat their bodies with respect and kindness.
Joe Roden
Trainer
Hailing from Modale, IA, Joe played football at Iowa Western before transferring to Briar Cliff University where he earned a bachelors in Kinesiology and Human Performance. He enjoys helping others better themselves and reach their goals. When he is not training, you can find him outdoors fishing, hunting, and playing golf.

Carlos is passionate to change lives. His mission is to execute each movement perfectly to what your body needs and will be with you every with every rep. Carlos guarantees you will evolve physically, mentally and emotionally!
Kyle Pals
Trainer
Kyle Pals grew up on a farm in Orient, IA, and has had a lifelong passion for sports and fitness spending most of his life as a dedicated athlete playing baseball, golf, football, and basketball. Kyle went to school at Iowa Western where he pursued a degree in Exercise Science while pitching on the baseball team. Kyle has a deep understanding of sports performance and fitness training and is committed to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lifestyles. Outside of the gym, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.

I always wanted to train people because it helped me with my confidence. The reason people don’t exercise is because they are overwhelmed with what they think they have to do. Doing less, more effectively, is better for everyone in the long run.Our goal is to make sure that our clients do everything as safely and as effective the whole time they’re here.
That involves us keeping an eye on them and making sure they are safe every step of the way.
