Why Todd Smith Fitness?

We keep things simple. There’s no need for any complicated moves here. We show you how to look and feel your best in a safe way. The mind, body connection is important to us. Understand your muscles, the positions, the biomechanics so you can work towards better health without injury.

Many gyms, and the fitness industry as a whole, aim to reach younger, athletic people who are already active. Todd realized that adults, who aren’t currently athletic, or who’ve been inactive for some time, were being left behind. At Todd Smith Fitness, we aim to be the BEST place for adults, typically 35 to 75 years old, regardless of their past fitness experience. Our goal is to help improve not only your fitness level, but also improve your posture, reduce joint and muscle pain, protect your spine, help you lose weight and build muscle, and to improve your overall health and sense of well being.

Personal Training sessions are at the top of every hour. Your membership allows 24/7 access with 2-3 sessions per week with one of our trainers. We make the process simple so you don’t have to think about what you are working on and how to get results. We are here for you. Can’t make a workout? No Problem! We are happy to reschedule and find what works best for you. No extra fees or hidden agendas here!
