Welcome to our blog! It has been a long time coming but we’re finally up and running. This blog is going to be a collection of the trainers writings that include, but not limited to: motivational brain food, informational articles, recipes, fitness stories from our experiences, training tips, updates about events going on at the club and even interviews with health professional around the Omaha area. We are also looking forward to answering questions from subscribers about our philosophy and our club in general.
