My Name is Todd Smith and I am a health and fitness writer and speaker, a personal trainer and a world-class natural body builder. For nearly 30 years, I have been passionately pursuing the best, safest and most efficient ways to transform the human body–my own body and my clients’ bodies. Everything I do is about delivering results to my customers. Before I continue on about myself and what I have been doing for the last 30 years, I have to ask you some questions: What are your goals? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? As I said earlier, my entire way of doing business revolves around helping YOU achieve YOUR GOALS and delivering you EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT! So, with that in mind, let me just cut to the chase.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?  HOW DO YOU WANT TO LOOK?  HOW DO YOU WANT TO FEEL?

There are a plethora of reasons, but the main reason is the training and the trainer The trainer failed to listed to what the women wished to accomplish. The young trainer (20s or 30s) doesn’t understand the mature body. Someone with limited experience (less than 10 years) doesn’t realized the negative impact that poor exercise mechanics have on a mature person’s long-term health. This is the method the young trainer uses in his own fitness routine and he failed to recognize the physiological changes that occur once a person gets beyond the age of 25! ensure maximum benefit while minimizing opportunity for injury or inflammation.

I DON’T BELIEVE IN MASOCHISTIC FORMS OF FITNESS TRAINING! 

imprinted in our minds is a vision of ourselves in the midst of a Gatorade commercial, on the verge of death, sprinting at top speed dragging a mini-parachute, or maybe flipping a tractor tire, every muscle in our bodies strained to the absolute limit. My message to you is simply that this line of thinking is nothing more than a pipe dream! If you are over 25, not a genetically gifted elite athlete or veteran of 10 plus years of consistent exercise, this form of training will doom you to certain injury and complete lack of any physical improvement.

Ultimately, for your own sake, you must critically consider what your fitness goals really are. If you are trying to be the best you can possibly be, if you want to look your best and feel your best, the answer is simple. I have helped more people change their lives and their health than most of the other fitness trainers in Omaha combined.
