- It’s a date. A weekly workout schedule is guaranteed quality time with your S/O. No kids, no stress; just you, your lover, and the iron. Date night is so blasé. How about a weekly date workout?
- Builds a stronger emotional bond. Synchronized activity helps people feel emotionally attuned with one another. Studies show that couples who train together tend to report greater feelings of having “bonded” with their partner. Exercising together provides an opportunity to create such connection, benefiting both your health and your relationship.
