  1. Plan Your Route – If you happen to do legs that day make sure you avoid hills while walking around your neighborhood.
  2. Wear Comfy Shoes – Make sure you wear flat soled shoes in case you want to do the “Squat Challenge” at every door. Rich suggest 25 squats for every door you knock on. #glutes
  3. Make Sure Your Costumes Aren’t A Length You’ll Trip On – Plus you’ve been on that leg press all year getting your quads poppin. Show them off!
  4. Stay In A Group – It easier to stay motivated when you have a partner or two. Helps with keeping everyone’s reps honest.
